Playing age is how old a character appears, which may differ from your own age. Equity is the actors’ union; check each theatre’s eligibility rules. An understudy learns a role to perform when the main actor is unavailable.

Every season, we host 2-3 days of general auditions for the entire season called “Equity Principal Auditions,” or EPAs. This is considered a general interest audition and usually happens before any other auditions in the season, around January - March each year.
Access and accommodations: Video submissions are provided for accessibility and to accommodate actors’ schedules.
What to prepare
