Who they’re looking for
We are seeking and strongly encouraging actors of all sizes, ethnicities, abilities, and gender identities to submit. All roles are open ethnicity and while roles are currently listed within the binary, we encourage all actors to submit for the roles they are most interested in regardless of gender.
HENRY REDHAWK
Playing age: 30's
Male. A scratch golfer sent on a mission to find a new member.
RICHARD WENTWORTH
Playing age: late 20's
Male. The golf agnostic son of Edgar and Carol Wentworth.
BECKY MEADOWS
Playing age: 20's
Female. A talented golfer about to begin her pro career.
CAROL WENTWORTH
Playing age: Senior
Female. A sober member of a gated golf community navigating an inebriated world.
EDGAR WENTWORTH
Playing age: Senior
Male. The husband of Carol Wentworth, convinced he must escape his life to improve his golf game.
Playing age, Equity, understudy… what do these mean?
Playing age is how old a character appears, which may differ from your own age. Equity is the actors’ union; check each theatre’s eligibility rules. An understudy learns a role to perform when the main actor is unavailable.

What to prepare
Help with headshots, résumés, and self-tapes
A headshot is a clear photo of you. An acting résumé lists your performance experience and training. A self-tape is a recorded audition video. Sides are the short script excerpts the theatre asks you to perform. Follow this theatre’s specific instructions.
